As we head into the final stretch of the year, November has been another solid month for my side hustles. From Amazon video reviews to consulting calls, I’ve been able to continue growing my income streams, despite a few challenges here and there. Let’s dive into how things shaped up this month!
Side Hustle Income for November 2024

Total Side Hustle Income for November 2024 = $3,871.87
November’s total income comes in at $3,871.87. This is a good mix of consistent earnings from Amazon video reviews, Airbnb, and consulting calls. While Wag and ShareGrid didn’t produce anything this month, my other hustles have stepped up to fill in the gap.
Wag: $0.00
No dog walking this month. As with previous months, Wag continues to take a backseat. I’ll revisit this hustle when the timing is right.
Amazon Video Review Commissions: $825.42
This hustle continues to be a reliable source of passive income. I earned $825.42 in November, which is a solid amount for relatively little ongoing effort. I’ll continue optimizing my approach to improve my results and keep this hustle growing.
ShareGrid (Camera Rental): $0.00
No rentals this month. ShareGrid remains a backup hustle, with potential to pick up when the right opportunities arise. I’ll keep this on the radar, particularly when I can make use of my camera gear more actively.
Podcast: $6.89
Podcast earnings remain small but steady. At $6.89 for the month, I’m making slow progress toward increasing my audience and monetizing the content more effectively. I’m focused on creating quality content to expand my listener base and generate more income.
Co-Hosting: $244.45
Co-hosting brought in $244.45 this month. While it’s not a huge number, it’s encouraging to see steady income coming in. I’m excited to continue building this side hustle as I gain more experience in managing Airbnb listings for others.
Consulting Calls: $75.00
Consulting calls brought in $75.00 in November. I’ve been actively promoting this service, and it’s nice to see it gaining traction. I plan to focus more on growing this income stream and offer more value to my clients moving forward.
House Hack: Free Housing
House hacking continues to save me money on housing. Living in one unit for free while renting out the other units keeps my expenses low and my income high.
Airbnb/VRBO (Short-Term Rental Income): $2,103.18
Airbnb income was strong, bringing in $3,040 for the month. This is a solid result, and I’m pleased with how well the property is performing, especially with the colder months setting in.
Building Expenses:
Monthly mortgage payment (including interest): $2,116.07
Home insurance: $151.96
Property taxes: $542.44
Total monthly expenses: $2,810.47. Since the building has three units, the Airbnb portion of these expenses is $936.82 per month.
Net Airbnb Income for November:
$3,040.00 - $936.82 = $2,103.18
This is the actual profit I earned from Airbnb after covering the property’s share of expenses.
Interest Earnings (Robinhood): $616.93
I earned $616.93 in interest on my Robinhood account this month. These earnings are a great reminder that even when funds are sitting idle, they can still generate returns.
